Hubs for Contour

I’m a quadriplegic and need to use voice recognition completely. I cannot get my contour box to communicate with my fire cube. Is there a hub (like the old harmony hub) that can send the IR signals to the Arris box. I’ve tried different IR blasters with a new Amazon Fire TV Omni. I’ve tried adding a fire tv cube to the tv. I’ve tried a Aqara hub with no consistent results.
