How to change channel without remote

Remote is broken need new one but i want to change the channel.

Is there physical damage to the remote or does it just not work?  Have you tried replacing the batteries?

Oh no! Let's get started. Depending on the box, you may be able to change the channel by pressing the channel up or channel down button on the front.
