Error Codes

How do I correct the error code XRE-03059?  It happens most every night and is happening with more channels.

It's caused by a bad cable signal, replace any barrel connectors, (probably in wall plates), replace cable wires from wall to devices, verify all connections snug, and if that doesn't work call Cox and request a technician. If the issue is the signal coming to your home, it's fixed at no cost, if it's the wiring in the walls, or a problem in the audit box where their cable turns over to your wiring, you would need Cox Complete Care, to avoid a 75$ service charge.
