Disgusted with COX!!
Wasted over 2 hours trying to get help from a live agent with my bill, however I was treated like garbage and given absolutely No help! On top of that the live agent ended the call with me before I could even finish my sentence!! I spend a fortune every month with COX and am treated like Garbage ! and also have outages regularly!!! Unacceptable and totally INCOMPETENT SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
