Contour Box keeps showing a XRE-xxxx error for a day now. Completely all troubleshooting steps, chatted with agent and called twice. All were useless. Agent refreshed system, did not advise that she would be disconnecting the internet as well, and the chat was disconnected. It was about 10 minutes before internet came back up; however, the agent disconnected the chat after asking if I was there. YOU LITERALLY DISCONNECTED THE SERVICES SO I COULD NOT RESPOND. I called and no help. Now, the chat is saying, try again later. It is utterly ridiculous that a box has to be replaced yearly due to these errors and unless tech support. Expensive service and incompetent support when something goes wrong.
