Connect to in-home WiFi to watch
I am connected to my in home wifi on my laptop and still can't use their Contour website to watch TV. help!

When you say that you cannot use WatchTv.cox.com, what is happening when you go to the website and try to log in? Make sure to try and use different browsers to log in (clear cookies and cache in browsers as well). Try to see if you can watch shows on the Contour App as well.
