cloud DVR problems

I have two issues with cloud DVR:

1.  With football games in particular, after fast forwarding, there is a significant delay before audio returns to the program.

2.  We have Contour TV + DVR, but I'm unable to change recordings from Cox website.  Instead it's reported that I do not have DVR and that I do not have Contour TV.

There may be some delay went returning to regular playback speed before the audio/video are in full sync. Recordings can be scheduled via the Contour app for mobile devices.
