Cisco 9865 HDC No longer responds to Logitech Remote Commands

Hello,

I just recently changed batteries in my Logitech Harmony 650 remote and after doing so, my Cisco 9865 HDC is unresponsive to the "Watch TV" activity only... All other devices and activities work as advertised.

I went back into "My Harmony" and deleted the remote, re-added it as well as the "Watch TV" activity... No-go. Anyone else have or run into this issue, with these specific devices and find the fix?
