Chat service **
I have ordered a new remote 3 times on your CHAT! I asked for email confirmations all 3 times and the chat person said I will get it in 15-30 minutes! I have not received confirmation for all 3 conversations nor have I received a new remote!!! We pay close to $300 a month for horrible service! And your chat line is Fraud!!!
We are finding another company and will be canceling by the end of June
