Wiring pods 2.0 connection issues

I have a new Wifi6 modem and a new wifi pods 2.0. I can not get the pod to connect, has anyone else had this issue and have an answer to fix it? So far Cox can not figure it out?? I have called support, chatted, and had a tech come out and no answer yet.

Reset the WiFi modem back to factory defaults. The try to connect the pod, ensuring it has a line of sight path to the modem.

Thanks for info, my wife works from home so I will save this as a last resort as interfering during the day is a no go.

They have scheduled another tech to come out tomorrow so I  will give him a chance before I monkey with their modem.

That's what I hear. I suggest getting rid of the entire Panoramic platform if you can.

Panoramic wifi is relatively cheap an convenient, provided you can get your needs met by using the Pano gateway alone.  The business model of renting the gateway and requiring purchase of extenders that only work with the rental gateway simply never made economic sense to me.

If I were in a home that the Panoramic Wifi gateway by itself could not full my wifi needs, I think I'd go looking for an alternative solution rather than buy proprietary extenders that only work with the provider's rental equipment.  I've always felt that if Cox is going to offer wifi as a paid service they should offer the pods on a rental basis as well.
