Why isn't the phone number to cancel internet obviously posted on the website?

Just like the question asked. Why isn't the phone number to cancel service obviously posted on the website to make it easier for the customer to change or cancel service?

1-844-227-3943   I believe this is the right number? And since cox is such a strong advocate of customer service I'm sure the process to cancel will be easy and simple right?
