Visa Debit Card

Question

I joined Cox in May 2018 and was entitled to a Visa Rebate Card. I filled out the redemption form on time and it is now August and I have not received anything yet. My bills have been paid on time as well.  Why haven't i received it yet.  Can someone look into it for me. Thanks

Hi Sabe, after filling out the rebate card redemption form at www.coxreward.com, did you receive a follow-up email with the gift card offer details and redemption information? If you did not receive such an email, go to www.coxreward.com, click 'New Residential Customer', and enter your Offer ID and date of installation. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
