Using my email in outlook on my phone

I have enjoyed using my cox.net email in outlook on my android phone. However, I can no longer do this. It has asked me many times to re-enter my password. Today it locked up so I deleted it and tried to re-add it. Now it won't add my email back. I even tried changing my pw on the internet and it still will not take the new pw. All I want is to be able to access my email on my phone. If anyone can please help I would really appreciate it!
