Tulsa intermittent internet connection? 5 days now

I have been getting internet issues oddly never had an issue before with it like at all. Suddenly my internet drop while working, restarted my modem it worked for 20mins and same thing. First thing that popped in my head check cox outages on their site. No know outage in my area (North Tulsa just by admiral). So went out my way got it new modem cause mine was old like 5 years old. Same thing no internet, great!! at this point got fed up and called tech support did troubleshooting process no help there called a tech out tech came Saturday morning. Said it’s all good on my end and all good at the pole the issue is COX! Funny right? No outage in my area…. So now I’m at internet comes and goes when it wants to if this gets to 20 days I’m whole heartedly taking a day on the phone with customer service for a discount. Cause I am getting 1/8 of full service. Is anyone else going through this?

Our neighborhood totally understands. We have a Tulsa address but Catoosa city limits. Cox had been working in the neighborhood but last I heard they were finished. Cox goes down almost every night between midnight and 2:30am. Never gives reason but we are being charged for Cox and not getting the service. Clear skies so that's not excuse. Starting to sound and look fishy. We are all making logs for decision on were to take this. Good luck to you.

Yeah, were juat in my neighborhood within the last year "updating". Well one storm and no updates going on 72 hrs. Ive had numerous problems, replacement of wires only to find it was their pole. I WFH and for $200+, i expect at least some estimated time. The electric company always gives an estimate. So frustrating.

Is this only effecting you? You said Cox didn't see it as a outage, but do you know if your neighbors go offline when you do? When did the problem start? Anything new or strange around then? Storm? Power outage? Construction? Someone moving in/out? It's probably some issue with noise on the upstream, and I can show how to check that, but want to cover the basic things first.
