Time for a change when moderator closes an issue that is really not closed

Yes- I tried Brian’s recommendation on my account.  Nothing is changed but I am not receiving bill reminder notices until after the bill due date.  My 2nd issue is how dare you close my conversation.  It wasn’t yours to close!  The info you provided did not correct or resolve the issue Brian
