Question regarding your Watch TV Online feature

Why is it that I can go to ANY of the TV channels in your Watch TV Online app and I hear audio fine EXCEPT for Channel 38 which here in Gainesville is the Fox News channel? For the last week or so every time I have tried viewing the Fox News Channel on my computer I have no audio on that channel but I do for Channel 37 (CNN), Channel 39 (HLN), Channels 47, 58, 35, 3, etc. but NO AUDIO on Fox News.

Why is that??
