printing problem

Hello, are you using myemail.cox.net or are you using a Client email service (Outlook, Apple, Thunderbird, etc.)? If you're attempting to print an email on the website, are you using Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Safari? Have you tried copying and pasting the contents of the email onto a Microsoft Word document? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

Can you initiate the print process through the browser as opposed to the feature on the web page?  The Print command is usually under File on the Menu Bar.

Even the default printing software on your computer allows you to choose headers, footers, specific or all pages.
