Poor internet Service
I go to school,my internet service keeps buffering too much,it buffs every 10 minutes,why am I paying $70 a month for this service for? I need it fixed

What do you mean "go to school"? Are you taking a class from home? Or are you connecting to the internet at your school? If so, how does that have to do with Cox? If you mean your home network, what model modem and router do you have? Is it just wifi connections or does it effect wired connection too?
