Outlook 2016

I can set my primary Cox webmail in Outlook 2016, but it does not set up any of my secondary Cox webmail accounts.  Please help.  In the alternative, can I change my secondary cox account to my primary?

Hi Duggerlaw, you will need to set up a separate Outlook profile for each of your @cox.net email accounts. Follow the steps in the article at www.cox.com/.../setting-up-an-email-account-in-outlook-for-windows.html. Since you already have an Outlook profile for your primary Cox email address, you will answer "no" to the question in Step #2 (Are you a first-time Outlook user?) Click File, and then Add Account, and continue with the directions at Step #3. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

NO.  It did not work.  I will set up gmail account and send it through gmail.  I have wasted enough time on this.  But thanks for your response.
