My Cox fiber internet has been out now over 24 hours. My entire neighborhood went down after a thunderstorm yesterday. Would really like to know when this will get fixed in 34476. This should not take this long to fix if they have competent technicians.

Check your ONT, if the PON is green, you should be online, and restarting your wireless router should do the trick. If the ONT is in alarm, then call Cox, and see if they show an outage, and if not, setup a Trouble call.
