Outage repair notification
Cox phone support said they can't help since there's an outage in the area. Understandable. How can I get a notification (Email, txt, call) when the outage has been repaired?

Cox has texted me twice that the outage has been resolved but I still have no service. The agent I texted said there was an outage but couldn’t explain why it didn’t show up for my address or why they kept notifying me it was resolved. The view outages and alerts would seem to be worthless
