Non resolution of internet outage

Why do you keep removing outage notifications minutes after you add them when your customers are telling you the service is not restored? You have done this 3 times today.

jmad, We apologize for the Outage Notifications. Sometimes the Notifications are removed in order to be updated, and then published again.
