New webmial program. no new emails on my phone
Dual provisioning? why do my new emails not go to my phone after the web mail upgrade? Tried everything on from wiping my account on my phone/deleting icloud backup and resetting to modifying server settings per the connect device page. My phone only looks at the classic webmail. yet all new emails go to the new patform. is there a fix for this... or am i stuck waiting like everyone else?

I did an online chat with COX and they said it was from them.
I logon to cox to get my e-mail so I have nothing to change.
Cox does need a better way to assure us that e-mails are from them.
One way is to put up a notice, referring to them, on Cox.net.
