Modem DAR1682 Goes to Sleep

I signed up for 100 Mbps service which I usually get but only after I reboot my modem in the morning. Is there a way to prevent the modem from going to sleep over night? Thanks

I should have mentioned that the speed drops to 30 Mbps over night until I reboot the modem.

Hi Chrys, are you able to check the coax connection to the modem to ensure there are no impingements or visible damage? Are there any splitters on the coax connection to the modem? Unscrew the coax connection from the modem and the cable outlet, and then screw back in, making sure the connections are finger-tight. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
