Literally the worst internet service I've ever had in my life. Never going to use cox again. All they do is screw military members who are forced to use their services out of money.

Permanently having slow issues and can't load a 4 minute video on a $1000 phone without it pausing and buffering half way through.

Your modem is showing a good signal currently. Have you ran a speed test to see what kind of speeds you are receiving? You can login to cox.com to run a speedtest.

@jjansen0902 Hello, are you on a wireless network when performing these speed tests? Would you be able to hard-wire a PC or laptop directly to the modem and perform a speed test? This will help us determine if the issue is with the modem or if this has to do with WiFi connectivity.
