Literally the worst internet service I've ever had in my life. Never going to use cox again. All they do is screw military members who are forced to use their services out of money.

@jjansen0902 Hello, are you on a wireless network when performing these speed tests? Would you be able to hard-wire a PC or laptop directly to the modem and perform a speed test? This will help us determine if the issue is with the modem or if this has to do with WiFi connectivity.
