Is there a way to remove internet add ons online?
Is there a way to remove internet add ons online? I needed to increase my data usage to the "500GB Additional Data Plan" but i don't need that every month. How can i remove this online for my next billing cycle so i dont get charged the additional cost, if possible?

Thanks for contacting social media there is no way to remove service online you would need to call.

Then when you call, after 20 mins of trying to upsell you, they will tell you there is an error trying to remove it and put you on hold. Terrible customer service and this call alone, to JUST remove the add on I no longer need, is so frustrating I want to switch to another provider.
