Is there a Panoramic WiFI router supporting SQM that is compatible with Cox internet?

I have significant buffer bloat and would like to replace my recently installed router with one that supports SQM?

Is a Netgear nighthawk pro gaming series router compatible with my Cox Panoramic Wifi service?

If not, ist there a router that supports SQM compatible with Cox Panoramice WiFi?

You may be able to use QOS to manage your data, but if you want something that supports SQM, you are looking at something like a Netgear XR1000. I have the Netgear RAXE300 paired with the Netgear CM2000 modem. Great combination. 

2 tests, ran with Alienware M18R2 over WiFi, 1 tv in the other room streaming 4k, I have Cox's 500mbps/50mbps.
