Hi,
For the past 2 months I have been having issues with internet stability. I hardwired my computer in the modem about a month ago and have still been having serious issues. After visiting the Cox store, I was told my modem was rated for the internet service we have. I have to reset my modem 2 or 3 times a day just to be able to get a few hours of stable connection. That is unacceptable. I have replaced the ethernet cord and the coaxial cable as well, still no solution. My modem is a Netgear C6300 and the internet package is the one with 100 download speed. I get multiple drops in internet a day making work and video games almost impossible to get done. We are thinking about switching to Fios if this stability issue does not get fixed. I have also been keeping a log, recording internet drops and packet loss. I need solutions not bandages.

you have a puma6 chipset modem. not saying thats the issue, but they're notoriously problematic. www.approvedmodems.com/do-not-buy-list.html
