Internet reimbursement

My internet has been down since 26NOV25. I’ve missed out on Thanksgiving and Black Friday sales where I normally sell ~$2k worth of merchandise. I’ve been with your company since 2021. This is unacceptable.

What modem do you have? What lights are on the modem? Have you tried changing your cables/splitters? If there is an outage in your area, Cox will credit you for the time it's out. IF you are using internet for business purposes, it may be a good idea to get Cox Business Service, since they can respond and repair internet much faster than home internet can.
