Internet outage
My internet has been in and out of outages all day and this is a regular weekly occurrence. AND to add insult to injury my bill just went up $20 because my promo was expired. Worst internet service ever. When I move I will not be a returning customer.

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. There was an outage that's been resolved and the modem/router online getting a signal. Are you still having an issue accessing the internet and staying connected?
