Why is my internet showing its good and it’s not. My internet has been up and down for 3 days I can’t get any thing done. I shouldn’t have to leave my home where I pay WiFi to go elsewhere for WiFi to complete my task. It’s showing it’s up and 100% when it’s down I’m so frustrated with this

My internet is currently completely down. Yet it’s showing in the app that’s it’s 100% therefore I can’t fix the problem. Biggest problem is it’s so hard to get help.

You should try rebooting all your equipment.
An Internet search for "In what order should modem, router and computer be rebooted?" returned the following:
Power off all devices
Unplug the modem, router, and any switches or network hardware.
If you have a computer connected via Ethernet, unplug it from the network port as well.
Wait 30–60 seconds
This allows capacitors to discharge and devices to fully power down.
Power on the modem first
Plug the modem back in and wait for it to fully boot (usually 1–2 minutes).
The modem connects to your ISP and establishes the internet connection.
Power on the router next
Plug the router in and wait for it to complete its boot process (also 1–2 minutes).
The router will obtain its IP address from the modem and set up your local network.
Power on any switches or other network hardware
If you have switches, plug them in after the router is fully online.
Power on your computer last
Connect your computer via Ethernet (or Wi‑Fi if you want to avoid potential conflicts).
Wait for your computer to get an IP address from the router before using the internet.
