Inbound e-mail delay

Good Mornintg.

I am new to Cox services, and am seeking  information relative to processes that cause e-mail delays inbound.  My quest is to understand if this circumstance is something I must accept and adapt to for all emails.

Specifically the Following:

Which clearly illustrates the delay between 2 internal cox_labeled servers.

Is this the 'normal way' cox rolls, delay_wise?

8bolt, There's not enough information included in this to determine what's going on. I see you've edited your original post to take out the email addresses, but there's additional information removed as well that may show why there is a minimal delay between these servers. I can understand you not wanting to share all of the details from the headers in the forums, but we would need the complete header in order to look into this further. If you do not want to post the complete header here, please email it to cox.help@cox.com exactly as it appears in the email. We will also need to know if you are seeing this on one email, some emails or all emails. If you have multiple examples please share them so we can get to the bottom of it for you. -Colleen

Hi Coleen, thanks for your reply.  I've been tied up away from this project but will still try to get you all the data you've requested and do some better testing.  I want to rule out Wider's observation that the Cox mail partner 'might' be holding me because my test send location was a Yahoo mail server, already listed negatively.  more as soon as I can ....
