Is there a reason my internet goes out at least 2 twice a month and when it is working it’s buffering and lagging the whole time. I decided to go with the “super fast” service so I wouldn’t have to deal with this. I understand that sometimes it’s unavoidable but this is getting ridiculous. You can’t talk to anyone either. If you try to call, they tell you they won’t talk to you about an outage. The customer service is definitely lacking.

Are you on WiFi, or ethernet? Computer/laptop/gaming system, or a TV? Need some info to help out. Here are a few things that may help -
If you are on WiFi, ensure you WiFi router is out in the open, not behind anything or under anything. Wireless devices shouldn't be within 5 ft of the router, (Think you and I have a conversation using bullhorns... Too close is very bad. Also, make sure your router isn't in a "Smartbox". The thought of Faraday Cage comes to mind, PLUS, everything between the router and other wireless devices, blocks/reduces wireless connectivity.
