Here's a thought, I don't know what's going on but why not engage with support and provide the requested info so the two of you can work together towards a solution? I know it's easy to say the problem is "out there somewhere" but instead of making assumptions, it might be more productive to exchange data and evidence with the collective goal of getting closer to a solution.
