I can send emails from my Outlook 2016 Win10 20H2 and from Cox webmail but I only receive on Cox webmail.
Started around March 5th 2021 worked fine for the last 15 years with different PC's different OS's and versions of Outlook. This particular setup (Outlook 2016 Win10 20H2 ) has been working fine since August 2020.
I found an entry on this forum that was similar. It said to disable TLS 1.0 which I did.
After disabling the TLS 1.0 I got 1 email in outlook and webmail but, I did not receive any others.
Any ideas...

I know how important it is for you to receive emails. Please make sure that your Server name: imap.cox.net and Port number 993 with SSL enabled and the authentication box checked, if available. This link will help you as well. www.cox.com/.../cox-email-server-settings.html

Outgoing
Server name: smtp.cox.net
Port number 587 with TLS encryption
this is the same setup I've had for years.
