How to report a cox service employee

There is a cox employee that lives next door to me and he always parks his cox vehicle in front of my property instead of his own driveway or in front of his own house.  I am requesting that you inform your employee to park in front of his own house / driveway.  Down below is a picture of the license plate and vehicle identification number.
