How to remove device from panoramic WIFI showing as connected but is not.

I have a device that shows up in the connected list even though the device is powered off. It will not connect when on so I can't remove it from the network. I can't believe that changing the password is the only way to remove a device. I have over 25 devices and it is a real pain to have to reconnect each device.
