Per the FAQ, you're allowed multiple connections at one time.

How many devices can I use at the same time with Cox Hotspots?

With Cox Hotspots, three devices can be attached per user ID and ten per account at a time.

but do u know why device 1 disconnects from hot spot when i connect device 2?

A hotspot shouldn't be disconnecting you. Does your PC have other wireless networks to connect if available? Does your phone act as a local hotspot and the PC connects to it?

I don't know why it disconnects. We'd need more information, such as any messages or type of hotspot.
