Gateway log in
I reset my password for my gateway and can't remember the password. They keep telling me it's the admin/password combo. It's not working. I have reset my modem and nothing. What do I do? I'm lost

if factory reset didn't work, you might have to swap the unit.
if it were as easy as factory reset, kids would wait 'til parents went to bed to access & parents wouldn't know about the change.
