Fredericksburg outage

Internet has been down since Monday in my area of Fredericksburg (22406) and I’m just curious as to what is happening and if there’s a general repair date estimate? 

I stopped receiving updates, the estimated repair time online has been removed and y’all are refusing phone calls… I just want to know whats going on. I work from home using the internet and am loosing out on profits every day!
