Email auto forwarding to Cox- SPF issue

I have a domain on GoDaddy with email@mydomain.com auto forwarded to my Cox email, This has been working for years. However, now Gmail is marking emails received from me as spam because of lack of SPF record.

Has anybody run into this issue, or know what the SPF record should be in this case?
