Email address to send in copies of my chat with live rep
After years of mixed reliability and service, constant pricing increases, I have decided to leave Cox, we have been with Cox over 30 years. I tried to simply cancel using online chat. I talked with a live agent, who as absolutely terrible.
This individual kept me in chat for 24 minutes, simply to cancel. Multiple times, tried to debate with me about poor service when I had ONLY contacted them once in the past few months. I said, please cancel it is cumulative, the live agent came back 6 times challenging my reasoning. I felt like it was a game, to see how long before I lost my temper, which I was not about to do.
I capture the entire conversation, and want to send a copy via email or mail, can someone provide an email or mailing address?
