Discord stream Lag high ping

Hello,

Having issues with Discord screen share on my new fiber internet. The streams are lagging when other things are working perfectly like downloading files. I have tried 2 different routers and the issues still happens. I also tried downloading a free VPN client (Proton VPN) and everything works fine when connected to it. I have tried using my phone to watch streams on discord but it looks like it affects every device on my network.

I have be helped by Discord support who said it is likely an ISP issue since I have tried directly connecting my computer to the ONT with similar results.

Any advice/help would be appreciated thanks!
