Data speed has changed DRAMATICALLY!

11/2019, download speed at 849 Mbps

Today, download speed at 25 Mbps. 

Equipment same/similar.  Already did hard reset on modem.  Wired connection.  WHAT IS GOING ON!!!

What's the make and model of your same equipment?  Can you upload an image of the signal levels of your modem?  Have you done speed tests directly wired to the modem?

alcatel lucent is brand of modem (mounted on wall by tech when they installed fiber).
