COX WIFI HotSpot issue

I take my kiddo to the park for some of his school time, there is a Cox WiFi hotspot that we've always used. It pulls up the Cornerstone Baptist Church, 424 E Main St, Moore, OK 73160.

It still shows, but for the last week, it won't connect at all. I know my laptop and phone are still at the correct settings because they work in other locations just fine. 

Can you please advise? Will more locations be added to the Moore area soon? It's really helpful for us parents who homeschool and do lessons at various parks
