Cox Overcharged Customers
I don't understand why I have stayed a customer this long. It's pure emotional abuse with their billing department. This is the most greedy and selfish and uncompassionate company around. They have customers for 5 plus years and can't even extend a payment arrangement by 1 single day (less than 24 hours). It's absurdly insulting. So instead of paying the $100 to Cox, I will schedule Quantum Fiber to come out and set up new service for only $75 and not get bills with hidden fees up to $30 charges per billing cycle being added to my $60 unlimited data Internet service. I am sick over how often they disrupt my service then recently pulling out a "supposedly" unpaid month from 2024 and charging me $375 for my $50 monthly Internet because of supposedly missing a payment. If I missed a payment, service would've been shut off until I paid it so they are plainly lying and they got $275 (so far) from me for nothing. They lied because they would not have left my service running if I missed a payment. Shoot they shut my service off every month now because I'm late on payments, so how can Cox say I missed a payment back in 2024 and bill me ALL OF A SUDDEN?!
