Cox email app for iPhone?

Is there an Cox app for getting/sending emails on my iPhone?  I can't find it if there is one.  Is the www.webmail.cox.com the only sure way of getting emails using my iPhone?  

When I am connected via cellular, everything works fine.  However when connected through some wifi or company websites, the apple app, often isn't able to send emails (due to some security handoff/verification I assume).

Why doesn't Cox seem to have their own email app designed for the iPhone/iPad or Android?  The Cox webmail (using the Internet connection) obviously isn't designed to be used on a small screen, so bottom line is that it is impractical when traveling with a phone only.

Hasn't anyone thought of this before?  Or is it on the "wish list" forever?
