What is the maximum theoretical Wi-Fi bandwidth (AC####) of the CGM4141?

Depends on the width you select for channels (20, 40, 80 MHz). The router may have 3 streams but does your NIC? Theory vs. real-world have completely different results.
Manufacturer numbers don't dictate speed. Real-world interference, overhead, distance, retransmits dictate speed.
