Cant connect to wifi hotspot

I have 5 bars of signal to the wifi hostpot and use it very often my nabors home wifi went out then when the home wifi was back up I could not connect to the cox hotspot and it has been 2 days it just says failed to get Ip adress across 3 devices I have forgot the network and tried getting closer even though I have full signal I just cant connect
