Cannot send e mails. Keep Getting CXSNDR errors

For a number of days now I haven't been able to send any e mails out. I get the error messages with the error code AUP#CXSNDR. Called Cox twice. Cut off the first time, second time gave several suggestions which didn't help, and finally suggested that I sign up for their Customer Care program for an extra $10/month. It worked fine until 2 weeks ago.

Am able to send/receive through the Cox webmail. Just not through my eM Client app. All is up to date, resetting/rebooting has not helped.

Hello. Since you are able to access and use your email directly through our website, I recommend checking the settings of your email client. You can find the suggested email setting here: www.cox.com/.../cox-email-server-settings.html. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

are you letting email client setup automatically??...i use it if outlook is having problems.
